Professor Leung Ka Yui Charles is a highly respected Associate Professor at City University of Hong Kong, renowned for his exceptional contributions to urban economics and real estate research. With a robust academic background—holding a BSSc in Economics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a PhD from the University of Rochester— his research portfolio is impressive, underscoring his standing as an authority in macroeconomics, housing affordability, and market dynamics.

Overall, Professor Leung stands as a dynamic force in his discipline—combining rigorous scholarship with strategic global partnerships to drive forward the frontiers of economic research.

This session will be held online but streamed from the Teaching Room. This will include a 60 minute lecture, followed by a 30 min Q&A session where you will be free to ask any questions you may have for our speaker!
